Initial Consultation:

• Our goal is to help prepare/stage/declutter your home. Most buyers are unable to imagine their own belongings in a home currently filled with your personal belongings. Therefore, properly preparing your home is key to our online marketing techniques. Typically we are able to use some of your personal belongings to keep staging costs down. We have light staging in our inventory that can be used if necessary.
• Save $500 (approximately) on the cost of an appraiser. We will give you a FREE home evaluation.
• We will take the time to personally show you your competition in the neighborhood. We find it helps our sellers understand how we price homes.

Concierge Services:

• We make it as easy as possible for our sellers.
• Need a handyman, carpet cleaner, landscaper, etc.? We got it!
• In the instance you need furniture moved... we have moving services available for an additional fee.

Professional Photography:

• We only hire the best photographers. We are at the photo shoot the entire time with the photographer to make sure everything is in place.
